Meet
our Director
_________________
 Zoe
Thompson is internationally known for her expertise in directing the
barbershop style of music and is an accomplished coach, judge and
educator. One of her special accomplishments was singing bass in a
Sweet Adeline International
first place quartet, the
Sea-Adelines.
In recent years, Zoe has taken
choruses to Australia, New Zealand, the British Isles and New York
Citys Lincoln Center, where they successfully entertained audiences
and enjoyed touring the countryside.
Zoe makes her home in
Bellevue,
Washington. Much of her time is taken up with directing the Spirit
of Sound Singers and coaching other local area choruses and quartets.

From Hwy. 167:
● Take the 212th St. S
Exit. Turn EAST at the end of the exit.
● Go up to the top
of the hill and get into the left turn lane. Turn NORTH onto
108th Ave SE (Benson).
● Proceed north
just past 200th St. The church is on the right/east side.
● Pull into the
first entrance of the church and park.
● Enter the church
from the front doors into the narthex; we rehearse in the
choir room on the right of the sanctuary.
Traveling South on Hwy. 405:
● Just past Exit
4/Maple Valley Road (Hwy. 169), move over quickly into the
far right lane. Watch for the Talbot Road exit/Exit 3.
● Take Exit
3;
at the bottom stop light is Talbot Road. Get into one of the
two left turn lanes and turn LEFT onto Talbot.
● As you progress
south on the four-land road, it becomes 108th SE.
● After passing SE
192nd (stop light), stay in the center lane and watch for
the church on the left, just after SE 196th.
● Turn in at the
second driveway, immediately past the church building.
● Enter the church
from the front doors into the narthex; we rehearse in the
choir room on the right of the sanctuary.
Traveling North on Hwy. 405, from the
vicinity of I-5:
● Take Exit 2/Hwy
167 south.
● Stay in the
right-hand land and travel south to the next exit, SW 43rd.
Take exit and turn LEFT onto E. Valley Highway.
● Follow a short
distance to the stoplight at SE 43rd, and turn LEFT.
● Follow the
street over Hwy 167, and go past Valley Hospital, where the
street becomes Carr Rd.
● Turn RIGHT onto
108th SE.
● After passing SE
192nd (stop light), stay in the center land and watch for
the church on the left, just after SE 196th.
● Turn in at the
second driveway, immediately past the church building.
● Enter the church
from the front doors into the narthex; we rehearse in the
choir room on the right of the sanctuary.
